This apartment has felt so utterly right. I have had a truly marvelous stay at Tim and Julie's place! The balcony and the view are every bit as fabulous in person as the pictures. It is a fantastic space for many things; read, write, sunbathe, sketch, enjoy morning tea, do yoga, have dinner. Dusk and dawn skies are spectacular. This place is calming, inspiring, invigorating! The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable, very light and bright. Top floor with elevator. The mattress in the master bedroom is of excellent quality, as was the wonderful shower with always plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. The kitchen is wonderfully sleek and modern. Super nette Vermieter, schnelle und sehr einfache Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist optimal und man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick (wie auf den Fotos). Da die Wohnung vor kurzem renoviert wurde, ist sie in einem perfekten Zustand. Optimal für lange Aufenthalte! Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl in der Wohnung und kann sie daher absolut empfehlen.Richard

The apartment is exactly as described, fully equipped and spotless. The view is amazing, the sound of the waves will stay with me, even now when I am back home I find myself wishing I was still there. The hosts Tim and Julie were wonderful and very responsive. We look forward to a return visit.Ann
